Applications outsourcing is no longer just about India. Companies are sprouting up all over Eastern Europe and Russia, fueled by a deep heritage in math and science.

Unlike many of the so-called “body shops” that blanket developing economies, the target for some of these newer entries into outsourcing includes mission-critical, highly complex systems for trading houses, banks and multi-core servers. caught up with Dmitry Loschinin, CEO of Moscow, Russia-based Luxoft, to talk about this development.
