Liquid Computing, once one of Ottawa’s most promising startups, has started winding up operations after falling victim to a financing crisis that is cutting a swath through technology companies. Chief executive Vikram Desai, hired just 14 months ago to drive growth, has left the company and most of the Ottawa staff were laid off earlier this week.
