Intel's Gelsinger Predicts Intel Inside Everything

Pat Gelsinger, senior vice president and co-general manager of Intel's Digital Enterprise Group, said he sees the Intel Architecture permeating virtually every segment of computing, as the company's microprocessors expand into more and more cores. The Intel exec held a roundtable with a number of journalists this week, and used the opportunity to present four predictions of the future, as well as four key milestones that he said helped shape the computing industry.
