April 13 — The clock is ticking down for teams to submit their applications for the SC15 Student Cluster Competition. The deadline to apply for a spot in this year’s competition is Friday, April 17. The Student Cluster Competition is a high energy event featuring young supercomputing talent from around the world competing to build and operate powerful cluster computers during the conference.
Created at SC07 to showcase student expertise in a friendly yet spirited competition, the Student Cluster Competition aims to introduce the next generation of students to the high-performance computing community. Over the years, the competition has drawn teams from Australia, Canada, China, Costa Rica, Germany, Russia, Taiwan and the United States.

Team proposals must be submitted via the SC15 submission site at https://submissions.supercomputing.org/.
Final SC15 Technical Papers due Friday, April 17
Full paper submissions for SC15 Technical Papers need to be submitted by Friday, April 17, end of day AoE (Anywhere on Earth time zone).
This year the submissions need to be in the ACM format and are limited to 10 pages. The 10-page limit includes figures, tables, and appendices, but does not include references, for which there is no page limit. Submissions must be made via the SC15 submissions site at https://submissions.supercomputing.org/
