TYAN Launches Array of Platforms Supporting New Intel Xeon Processor Family

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., Sept. 9 — TYAN, an industry-leading, server platform design manufacturer, and subsidiary of MITAC Computing Technology Corporation, launched its full array of platforms supporting the latest Intel Xeon processor E5-2600 v3 product family. With 5 products and 10 SKUs in total, TYAN’s comprehensive Haswell-EP based product line addresses the diverse needs of datacenter customers.  The combination of TYAN’s products with Intel Solid-State Drives (SSDs) and Intel Cache Acceleration Software delivers better performance for high performance computing (HPC), small and medium businesses (SMB), cloud computing, and storage applications.
