Feb. 3 — The XSEDE15 planning committee has released the sponsor prospectus for the upcoming conference taking place in St. Louis, July 26-30. The 2015 XSEDE Conference will showcase the discoveries, innovations, and achievements of those who use, build, and support XSEDE resources and services, as well as those involved in related digital resource endeavors around the world.
The full prospectus, including options and pricing for non-profits, is available on the XSEDE15 website.
XSEDE15 is a unique opportunity to promote products and services among decision makers, researchers, developers, leaders, innovators, educators, and students from a diverse array of national and international organizations.
The XSEDE15 Conference will provide a forum for discussion of challenges, opportunities, and solutions among HPC Center directors, computational scientists, researchers, engineers, students, educators, XSEDE staff, industry and government agency representatives from across the United States and internationally. Last year’s XSEDE14 conference attracted more than 630 attendees from 45 states and 10 countries. The 2015 Conference program will offer tutorials, plenary talks, panels and in-depth technical content that will challenge experts in the field while also providing introductions to all aspects—the tools, technologies and methods—of computational science to people new to the use of these resources and services. Please see the XSEDE15 Conference Call for Participation, or the Conference website, for additional details on the Conference offerings.
Sponsoring XSEDE15 provides an opportunity for your organization to announce and promote your array of products and services to an influential international audience of cutting-edge technology developers, adopters, and decision makers. The event includes an exhibit area in a very central location with high foot traffic where your organization may showcase your products and services, network with attendees, and recruit individuals eager to pursue careers in the field.
XSEDE15 seeks high-quality submissions—including papers, posters, visualizations, and more—in four thematic tracks with due dates as early as March 30.
