Mellanox Delivers InfiniBand Adapters for Windows HPC Server


ConnectX 40Gb/s InfiniBand adapters maximize Windows-based cluster performance, reliability and productivity

SANTA CLARA, Calif., and YOKNEAM, Israel, Jan. 14 -- Mellanox Technologies, Ltd., a leading supplier of end-to-end connectivity solutions for datacenter servers and storage, today announced that its line of 20 and 40Gb/s InfiniBand adapters has passed Microsoft Windows Hardware Quality Labs testing for Microsoft Windows HPC Server 2008. The verification process at Microsoft included a long-duration of commercial applications testing on large-scale clusters to ensure the highest performance, reliability and scalability. The software stack enables deployment of high-performance clustering and datacenters in Windows Server-based environments. This is evidence of Mellanox's commitment to produce high quality InfiniBand products designed to maximize Windows-based cluster productivity.
