Milpitas, CALIF. — Quantum Corporation’s DLT & Storage Systems Group, a leader in tape storage technology, announced that Compaq Computer Corporation, a worldwide leader in storage solutions and a Quantum OEM business partner, has received Super DLTtape units as part of Quantum’s Early Engagement Program (EEP) and delivered them to select Compaq customers.
The Early Engagement Program is an initiative that involves Quantum’s customers in the product development cycle from concept to delivery. The program identifies and addresses the specific needs of customers, enabling Quantum to offer the highest quality storage solutions in the industry.
