NASA’s Nebula Cloud project will kick into high gear in the coming months as the range of applications and functions extends farther away from the container location at the Ames Research Center in Mountain View, California. Powered by mostly open source software that drive a number of other server clusters elsewhere, the project is broad in scope and expanding in capacity. New images of the Nebula Cloud Container and other relevant photos were released today at Information Week, showing just how grand the scale we’re talking about is on the project.
