April 8, 2020 — Given the circumstances due to the COVID-19 Pandemic spreading around the globe and uncertainty about the end of this health crisis, as well as decisions made by governments of countries from which exhibitors, speakers and participants are coming, Forum Teratec 2020 (originally set for June 16-17) is postponed to next fall, October 13-14, 2020.
“It will be difficult in June to bring our visitors together, as movements will probably be still restricted,” officials explained. “Moreover, revival and redefinition of corporate strategies currently being set would certainly make it difficult for some guests speakers scheduled to testify during the plenary sessions, roundtables and workshops, and to have a large number of participants.”
As current events have shown however (use of simulation for new drugs, epidemiologic follow-up and personalized medecine), it is more than ever essential to maintain one annual meeting dedicated to the community of Simulation, HPC, Big Data and AI. This is why all key players will meet around the same program on October 13 and October 14, 2020.
Convinced that the involvement and motivation of all will ensure success of this 15th edition of the Forum Teratec despite this particularly complex and difficult context, the Teratec team remains fully mobilized to help speakers and exhibitors prepare for their participation in the Teratec 2020 Forum in the best possible conditions.
