Tabor Communications Launches New Corporate Site, Signals Publishing Platform Enhancements Ahead

October 24, 2016

SAN DIEGO, Calif., Oct. 24 — Tabor Communications Inc. (TCI), a leading international media and services company, publishers of industry leading advanced-scale computing news portals including HPCwire, EnterpriseTech, and Datanami, and hosts of the live hosted summits, Leverage Big Data and EnterpriseHPC, today announced the release of a new TCI corporate website (located at www.TaborCommunications.com), which will serve as a hub for partners and readers alike to discover TCI’s advanced-computing network portfolio of publications. Explore partnership opportunities and stay up to date with the latest news and developments from TCI. The new TCI corporate site will present an interactive media kit for both readers and client partners to explore partnership opportunities, stay up to date with the latest news and developments from TCI and learn more about the exposure and engagement opportunities available through the Tabor network of publications, live events, and career & skills development portals.

“Tabor Communications is dedicated to providing an informative and interactive platform for our community to engage, and ultimately accelerate their projects and interests through the news and information that we provide,” said Tom Tabor, CEO of Tabor Communications. “In the last few years, we’ve been making significant investments in both people and technology to modernize and expand our publishing platform, as well as our offering. The launch of the corporate web site is the tip of the iceberg. Over the next few months, we will be releasing updates to better service the communities and constituencies that we serve. It’s a very exciting time for our industry, as the convergence of HPC, Big Data, and Cloud technologies pick up traction in the mainstream. We aim to reflect the cutting-edge, ‘cool factor’ that high-end of computing is producing for the world at large.”

The company is also revealing that it will be releasing an update to its HPCwire news outlet just ahead of the SC’16 conference, with updates to its Datanami and EnterpriseTech portals in the months to follow. The new platforms will take advantage of a new wave of design concepts to make for a user friendly experience across platforms and devices.

“Our readers are technology leaders using advanced computing and data systems to do some of the most interesting and important work in the world,” said Isaac Lopez, Vice President of Audience and Content for Tabor Communications. “To serve them, we’ve built a new, modern platform that helps our readers to better engage and understand the rapid developments happening, and gain perspective that helps them tackle their individual challenges. It starts with offering a mobile platform that reaches readers wherever they are at, and it continues by providing news, information, and content that creates value in the professional lives of our readers. We will continue to build on this new platform and develop new ways to engage and enrich the experience of our audience.”

The enhanced platform will mean new marketing and advertising vehicles, as the company expands its industry-leading offering in effective solution sharing. New options include updated banner sizes, new native advertising options, and integration of the brand new Solutions Channel microsite vehicle aimed at helping accelerate time to message penetration within the advanced computing and data systems communities.

“We understand the communication challenges that solution providers face in this field, where rapid evolution is the norm,” said Matt Walters, Vice President of Digital Strategy. “To help bridge that gap, we’ve developed an array of information & exposure vehicles that have been carefully honed to foster and deepen engagement. Our pilot programs have been incredibly successful, and as we roll out the new platform, we look forward to amplifying the results we’ve had.”

For marketers looking for message amplification, Walters suggests expediency. “We’re virtually sold out of inventory through 2016, and the new enhancements are getting a lot of interest. We’ve engineered a very effective publishing/communications model and inventory for 2017 is already under contract.”
