Texas Memory Systems Enters Primary Storage Game with eMLC Flash Offering

Storage maker Texas Memory Systems has launched the RamSan-810, its first enterprise multi-level cell (eMLC) flash-based product, expanding the company's market reach into the tier 1 storage arena. Texas Memory Systems Pushes SSD Envelope

Enterprise SSD maker Texas Memory Systems (TMS) has been kicking up some dust lately, announcing record-breaking performance results with its RamSan-630 product and launching its latest PCIe flash offering. Specifically, TMS recently put up some rather impressive numbers in two key benchmarks established by the Storage Performance Council.
