Nov. 26 — This PCP will be a multi-country and multi-partner joint effort, implemented by a consortium composed of several partners of PRACE (CINECA (Italy); CSC (Finland); EPCC (UK); JSC (Germany); and GENCI (France)). Tenderers are invited to bid for the provision of research and development services that seek solutions for Whole-System Design for Energy Efficient HPC. PRACE has a strong interest in improving energy efficiency of computing systems and reducing their environmental impact. Therefore, PRACE aisbl will be involved as an advisory body in a Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP) pilot executed in the context of PRACE’s 3rd Implementation Project (PRACE-3IP).
