Jan. 5 — Silicon Mechanics, Inc. announces that it offers the newly released NVIDIA Tesla K80 dual-GPU accelerator as an available option in its expertly configured GPU accelerator products and high-performance computing (HPC) solutions. The NVIDIA Tesla K80 dual-GPU accelerator, the new flagship offering of the Tesla Accelerated Computing Platform, is the world’s fastest accelerator, designed for complex machine learning, data analytics and scientific computing applications.
The Tesla K80 dual-GPU accelerator delivers nearly two times higher performance and has double the memory and memory bandwidth of its predecessor. In addition, it leverages an enhanced version of NVIDIA GPU Boost technology to dynamically maximize performance based on workloads and individual applications.
