Most proposals will be reviewed based solely on the initial submission (generally a 2-3 page extended abstract, though specific information may be requested for certain types of proposals). Proposals for regular technical papers will be reviewed initially based upon an extended abstract to select a small number that will be invited to submit full manuscripts for review in the final selection process. Proposals for student technical papers will require a letter of intent but will be reviewed solely based on the full manuscripts along with the regular technical papers. Technical papers accepted for the conference will be presented in a 25-minute oral presentation (including Q&A). Technical papers that cannot be accommodated for oral presentation will automatically be considered for presentation as posters.
